Each connected feature has a clear purpose. You can use core tracking without creating an account.
Periods, flow, symptoms, mood, energy, sleep, food and drink notes, reminders, and settings are written to local storage first.
If you create an account and enable sync, entry content is encrypted on your device before it is sent to Supabase. Your sign-in email is used for the account.
You pair with a partner and approve the summary they receive. Raw entries are not shared. You can disconnect partner access.
Voice check-in uses the device operating system's speech recognition. Reminders are local notifications. Face ID is handled by iOS; RhythmHer does not receive biometric data.
RhythmHer is designed without advertising or behavioral tracking.
RhythmHer provides general educational information only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Contact a qualified clinician or emergency services when appropriate.
