The terms, in plain language.
These terms apply to rhythmher.com and to the RhythmHer and RhythmHer Partner apps, which are operated by Vardha Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”). By using them, you agree to these terms.

RhythmHer provides general educational information and tools to record your own history. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and must not be used as contraception or to confirm or rule out pregnancy. Always talk to a qualified clinician about your health. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
1. Using RhythmHer
You may use the website and apps for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse them — for example by attempting to access other people's data, disrupting the service, reverse engineering it except where the law allows, or using it to break any law.
2. Your data
You own the entries you record. Core tracking is stored on your device, and optional features such as encrypted sync and partner sharing only run when you turn them on. Our Privacy Policy explains what is collected and how to export or delete it.
Because data is stored locally by default, removing the app or losing your device can remove data that you have not exported or synced. Please keep your own backups.
3. Accounts and partner sharing
- An account is optional and only needed for sync and partner features. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you think your account has been misused.
- Partner sharing sends only the summary you approve. You can disconnect a partner at any time. Please only pair with someone you trust.
- You can delete your account and synced records from within the app.
4. Subscriptions
Any paid subscription will be sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and is billed, renewed, and cancelled through your store account under that store's terms. Prices shown on this website before launch are planned prices, not offers.
5. Health information and accuracy
Phase estimates, patterns, and educational content are based on the information you enter and on general research. They can be wrong, and bodies vary. Do not delay or ignore professional advice because of something you read in RhythmHer.
6. Our content
The RhythmHer name, logo, design, and content belong to Vardha Solutions LLC or its licensors. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the website and apps as intended.
7. Third-party services
Some features rely on services from others, such as Apple, Google, Supabase, and Cloudflare, each described in the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for services we do not control.
8. Availability and changes
Features described as "coming soon" or "in exploration" are not promised. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of RhythmHer, and we may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or on this page before it takes effect.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, RhythmHer is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.
